Wow, if you want a realtor who does what he says and keeps you in the loop then Justin Smith is the one for you. Our home had been on the market for four months prior to our signing with Justin to be our realtor. He told us during the interview that he would do several open houses, send out post cards to multiple areas, assist with anything that needed to be done to keep the house ready to sale and he would put our house photo on his billboard. He also said he would stay in touch and keep us informed of every aspect of the marketing, showing, and selling of the property. All’s I can say is I would never hesitate to have Justin handle another sale for us. He did everything he said he would and more. Justin cares about people and his work ethic shows how much he values others. Once the house was under contact (45 days) he asked us to be sure the lawn and weeds were taken care of one more time within a week of the signing so that the house would look great for the new owners.
